Aatho, also known as Kachu Katlu, is a traditional dish from the cuisine of the Indian state of Odisha. It is made from colocasia leaves (also known as taro leaves) that are finely shredded and then cooked with a combination of lentils, mustard seeds, garlic, green chilies, and other spices.
